Frustrated

I'm so frustrated with James. He will email me that he was or is thinking of me after I tell him I miss him and then that is it. No more. 

I email him back but I get no response. It just makes me feel like crap. 

I really just want a normal friendship but I can't even have that. 

I want to forget him.
